Care for problem nails
Professional care for ingrown, thickened and deformed nails as well as fungal nails — with an eye on the whole nail and the skin of your feet.
Expert care for the skin and nails of your feet — with precision, sterile instruments and a calm atmosphere that lets you truly relax.
Why Emilli
Every treatment begins with time, attention and a careful look at your feet. That's how trust is built — and results that last.
Instruments are reprocessed and sterilised after every appointment; single-use materials go without saying.
Skin and nails are looked at closely. If I notice anything that belongs in a doctor's hands, I'll tell you openly.
Calm hands, modern equipment and a relaxed atmosphere: treatment should feel good.
No one-size-fits-all: you receive treatment and care advice tailored to your feet.

Online consultations
Not based in Munich? I offer online consultations on foot care from the comfort of your home. I'll assess your situation, recommend the right care and tell you when it's worth seeing a doctor or podiatrist.
Professional assessment
Together we look at the condition of your feet and nails and work out which care makes sense.
Personal recommendations
Specific care advice — and, if needed, which specialist to see.
Step-by-step plan
A clear care plan for healthy, well-groomed feet, one step at a time.
In all of these cities I work with professional podiatrists and medical specialists. If you need an in-person examination or treatment, I'm happy to refer you.
An online consultation does not replace an in-person medical examination or treatment.

FAQ
Can't find your question? Just send me a message — I'll reply as soon as possible.
For most people, every four to six weeks is ideal. Depending on your situation — for example with diabetes or during nail correction — shorter intervals make sense. After your appointment, I'll recommend the right rhythm for you.
Usually not. I work gently and agree every step with you. Even with ingrown toenails, pressure can usually be relieved noticeably and gently.
If available, please bring a list of your medications, your diabetes record and any medical reports. Wear comfortable shoes and, if possible, skip nail polish on the day of your treatment.
Yes. With diabetes, especially careful foot care is important. Please let me know when booking so that enough time can be planned. For open wounds, inflammation or diabetic foot syndrome, please see your doctor or a podiatrist.
I relieve the nail fold and care for the affected area. For recurring problems, a nail correction brace can help: it gently straightens the nail. If the toe is inflamed or pus has formed, please see a doctor first.
Yes. If you don't live in Munich, I'm happy to advise you online — by video call or in a chat with photos. You'll receive a professional assessment, personal recommendations and a step-by-step plan. In many cities across Europe, Türkiye, Ukraine, the USA and Canada, I can refer you to specialists on site if needed.
In Germany, podiatry (Podologie) is a regulated healthcare profession: podiatrists treat conditions such as diabetic foot syndrome on a doctor's prescription. I'm a trained foot care specialist and look after the professional care of skin and nails. If I see that you need medical help, I'll tell you openly and recommend that you see a doctor or a podiatry practice.
